When the time enter into the twenty-first century, the employees after1980s hasbecome the main force of social development and the core strength of the enterprisedevelopment.But it can not be ignored for the employees after1980s that the lifespace get faster and faster, the competitive is increasing,and the pressure to survivebecome stronger and stronger. Suicide has become the main reason of death of after1980s.More than70%of after1980s indicates that they were encountering manydifficulties, experiencing a lot of confusion,and Suffering great pressure of work.Working pressure not only has a pack on the employees after1980s’ physical andmental health, but also reduces the enterprise identity of the staff, increases theturnover rate and the absenteeism, and affects their overall performance.It is a difficultproblem for the modern enterprise how to manage work pressure of the staff. As theupgrading of human resources EAP can help companies control the Pressure from thepressure source,improve coping styles through training and education,and cure theemployees who were injured under pressure.Under this background, this study aims at explaining the Structure of the pressureof the employees after1980s, and exploring the effect mechanism of EAP among jobstressor, coping styles and stress reaction by analyzing the relationship among jobstressors, stress reaction,EAP and coping styles。.From this study,we try tointroduce some instructional suggestions for work stress management of enterprises.In this paper,the questionnaires are consructed and revised through collecting theliterature,On-site interviews and Expert reviewing. the employees after1980s of theenterprises which implementate EAP partceipated this survey,and Involved sixindustries:the power, the construction, the petroleum, the telecommunications, the steel and themanufacturing. The data was analyzed by “The Statistical Package for SocialScience”(SPSS17.0). The results showed that these conclusions.1. job stressors of the employees after1980s inc1ude five dimensions which arethe job itself, role stress,career development,organizational climate andmanagement and expectation. 2.On the whole, there isnot significant difference in job stressors onpersonnel-concerned variables. There is significant difference in job itself on differentpositions and different work experience. The significant difference is showed in rolestress on different education.3.There are significantly correlation among job stressor,EAP,coping style andstress reaction.EAP could function as mediator between job stressor and sress reaction.EAP could also function as moderator between job stressor and turnover and betweenjob stressor and job satisfaction.Thus,based on the study results, EAP can alleviate the work pressure of theemployees after1980s.The problems are summarized that the enterprises meet ininplementating EAP,and the corresponding suggestions are proposed...
