As an agricultural country, agriculture is the largest industry in China, which has also laid a solid foundation for the national economy. Moreover, during the process of China’s agricultural power construction, the agricultural industrialization promotion, the agricultural structure adjustment, "a good harvest" realization and farmers’ income growth, the agricultural enterprises have gradually become the main force to promote its development. With the advent of knowledge economy, the competition between agricultural talents and science & technology is becoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises analyzed measures of human resources and found that salary was the most fundamental and significant measure.Firstly, this paper is based on the reading and studying lots of documents of salary management at home and abroad and the current situations、theories and methods of studying are understood and presented, which laid a solid foundation of salary management in minor agricultural enterprises. Secondly the current situations of salary management in minor agricultural enterprises are analyzed, which is based on the statistical data collected from some agricultural elite webs. Thirdly, information and documents related to the salary management in minor agricultural enterprises are collected are sorted by the methods of questionnaire investigations and interviewing. The questionnaire investigation materials are presented by data form and diagram chart, on the basis of which, the problems in the system of salary in the minor agricultural enterprises are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Then, a classic case is introduced and analyzed based on referring documents and survey, which further serve to argue the problems existing in the salary management in minor agricultural enterprises. Finally, through referring the relative study achievement at home and abroad and combining the analysis of causes of the problems in minor agricultural enterprises, suggestions to improve the management of salary in minor agricultural enterprises are put forward to.
