Folksonomy is a new way of information resources organization and a new information technology of Web2.0. In order to research, exchange and share information, this method allows the users to use their natural language, in the form of tagging, adding tags to the internal and external characteristics of information resources. Folksonomy is simple to operate, with a strong function of knowledge aggregation and sharing. It fully advocates for the leading spirit of users and creators of information resources.The core of the Enterprise knowledge management is to establish a kind of organizational structure and culture in favor of knowledge exchange and sharing, so that employees are willing to exchange and share knowledge. In this way, information and knowledge can get integration and sublimation. One of the difficulties of the enterprise knowledge management is how to motivate staff to exchange and share knowledge, how to effectively transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Enterprise information resource is a carrier of Enterprise knowledge. Effective aggregation and organization of Enterprise information resource can make enterprise brings knowledge management into good effect. So we applied Folksonomy to enterprise knowledge management, through simulation experiments, we attempt to analyze the quantitative relationship between Externalization and contribution of employees in the course of Folksonomy. Based on these analyses, enterprise leaders can make relevant policies encourage employees to share knowledge and improve the level of knowledge.Based on the study of Folksonomy and Enterprise knowledge management, the paper created a model about the application of Folksonomy in the Enterprise knowledge management, and got a series of data by mathematical methods. After analyzing data, the paper got different results for the different system-related parameters.
