Industrial cluster is a group of enterprises and institutes which are closely connected in certain fields.These enterprises cooperate and compete with one another and center round some geographic locations. they and industry field that one is specific, link together because of having generality with complementarily. The research of industrial cluster makes a widespread and profound influence in many countries and regions, and industrial cluster has become one of the warm issues to study in the field of economic geography, economy and social sciences. 1990's, Lanzhou have been formed certain scale of real estate cluster. But the research about real estate industry cluster touches much more upon the real estate industry cluster of medium-sized enterprises in China through survey and searching literature. Lanzhou real estate industry cluster is large-sized enterprises being as the core research of industrial cluster has been inadequate. How the Lanzhou real estate industry cluster keeping the advantage position in fierce industry competition and how to set up the rational domestic and foreign mechanism of cluster in order to improve the cluster competitiveness, this is exactly the problem that this text attempts to solved.Based on the theory of Industrial Cluster, this paper analyzes the real estate industry cluster of Lanzhou and focused on the following:(1)To Summarize the domestic and international theory of industrial cluster competitiveness and analyze the interaction of the cluster and competitiveness , thus we could refine the ideas of studying the real estate industry cluster in Lanzhou.(2)In the Positive Analysis, this paper probes into the roots of the formation of Lanzhou real estate industry cluster. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Lanzhou real estate industry through the characteristic of cluster.(3) To analyze the current situation and compare its development with other real estate industry from the aspects of country, cluster, enterprise, in order to find out the disparity and deficiency of Lanzhou real estate industry cluster.(4)Put forward the problems of the current cluster development exist.(5)Put forward some rationalized suggestions on the development of Lanzhou real estate industry cluster.
