Information and Knowledge are the strategic source for most companies in the knowledge economic period.James Martin foresees that science knowledge will double respectively within 50 years in 19th century and 10 years in the middle of 20th century and in ever other 5 years in the 70th,20th century.Currently it doubles every 3 years.Employee training and development is an important role to provide those information.Employee quality and productivity will improve through employee training.USA and Japan sets a good model in company management for many countries. One of the important contact is its' effective and overall training system.It is knowledgeable that how important that training is for any company.Take Toyota for example,Toyota is the head for automotive manufacturing industry,it is glorious for its' unique manufacturing management skill and sales policy and suggestion welcome policy and employee training policy.Among,Toyota' s training system impress its' employee,which also play s a very important role for its' growth.All proved that training is a must for the company' s health development,This essay will start from training basic theory,and put out new training system by anglicizing the past training system.And also state the importance of the new training system.This essay also mentioned that all training and development system should relate to human resources development.All training and development work for people development,as well as cultivate qualified staff,this essay also mentioned that training and development is one important part for the employee career path.There must be a lot to improve because of the limitation,for example,the redesigned training and development system still relates the previous system. Technical and employee psychological training is still a topic which needs to be improved in the future.
