With the promulgation of “Made in China 2025”and the introduction of the Industry4.0 era,the manufacturing enterprises are facing the severe challenges of transformation,upgrading and intellectualization.How to deal with this challenge becomes a realistic problem for manufacturing enterprises.Human resource is the first resource of enterprise.The key of enterprises transformation and upgrade is to enhance the value of human capital and improve the quality of human resources,training and development is the basic means.Whereas perfect training system construction is the basic guarantee of enterprise sustainable development.Based on the theory of training management,this paper analyzes the current situation of H company's human resource management,using the questionnaire survey and interviewing and investing method.It turns out that H Company has problems like department managers who don't pay enough attention to staff training,training objects tilt to technical staff,lack of training demand system,internal trainer system and Employee career system,training effectiveness evaluation system and feedback system are not perfect and many other issues.On this basis,we re-design the employee training system of H company,establish and improve the training demand survey system,career planning system,internal lecturer certification certification screening system,training evaluation and feedback system.And further proposed the implementation of the training system of organizational guarantee,system guarantee,facilities and teachers guarantee and so on.On one hand,this paper has deveploped a training system for H company,which provides an implementation plan for the future training management of H company.On the other hand,the design of the training system provides practical guidance for improving the overall quality of employees,enhancing the value of human capital and creating sustainable competitive advantages.
