Along with the global economy, our enterprises are facing more and more intense competition in domestic and overseas markets. Enterprises should maintain their research and development. Only by advancing our technology and management skills can we claim our place within such a competitive market. Establishment of adaptive and effective training management systems can integrate an enterprise's strategic target with its employees' developing goals, and thereby help them to achieve their self-actualization, arouse their working enthusiasm and passion. Additionally, it can invigorate an enterprises' cohesive force. It is an important guarantee that promotes whole business profits and core competencies.DF company is a manufacturing enterprise in Chengdu, which produces metal products that are used in power engineering. Faced with the pressure of keen competition in domestic and overseas markets, the company urgently needs to improve their human resource systems for promoting benefits and pursuing better survival and development. This essay studies DF company's training systems in an effort to improve the staff's and company's competitive capacity.On the basis of analyzed domestic and foreign training management theories, the essay is collected many data and information about DF company structure, human resource management and training management by using questionnaire investigations, business interviews, daily working records. According to new characteristic about domestic and foreign training management development, the essay is analyzed the whole company's training management situation by using lots of charts, figures, diagrams, and EXCEL basic statistics tools. After we combined the result of the comparative research, at the end of this article, we created a new and improved project about DF company staff training management system based on the analysis of training desires and training system process.In the training desire analysis respect, we set up a desire system combining organization, assignment, personnel analysis for changing the original training process. On the training system respect, by using enterprises training system model and modern system training theories, we desired adapted DF company training management system model, which included desire analysis, training planning, plan enforcement, training evaluation. By combining system and desire analysis, we paid more attention on connect staffs training to improve planning, develop personal purpose, raise staff satisfaction, and promote whole company management.The result of this essay is working in DF company now. The human resource management system has been set up since 2007 March, the new training management was carried out from 2007 April. This process will meet many real problems when it is put into effect, the expert consultant of PCM consulting corporation and I will improve and perfect it.Hopefully, the research of this article will give successful experiences on our enterprise performance and effective management.
