This paper selects SUAIT---a small auto parts manufacturers as the research object, described how the enterprise should establish the ISO9000quality management system process and the need to pay attention to.At the beginning of the article describes an overview of quality management system development and research topics of significance, mainly to explain the ISO9000family standards and total quality management in the building of enterprise culture in the important role and the importance of improving product quality; then introduced the quality management status and problem analysis of SUAIT, and then explained the use of project management knowledge and experience of the establishment of quality management system design and implementation steps; and finally sets out the project management in the Quality Management System establish role.Based on the ISO9000and TQM requirements, the article put forward the quality management model what is suitable for the small and medium enterprises of China at the present stage. By running the quality management, the requirements of ISO9000will be ensured to achieve. Enterprises should establish a good quality management concept, offering world-class products and services.
