Survey Patent Strategy Problem Of Our Country Enterprise And Answering Tactics

In the 21st century ,The era of knowledge-based economy,competitions among enterprises is no longer limited in hardware such as equipment, capital,and to a large extent for the personnel and technical performance of the competition. Enterprise patent strategy,as a corporate management style,has been focused for foreign companies in a long time. Their formulation and implementation of the strategy into a great deal of human and material resources,and have achieved good results. In contrast, Chinese enterprises,as a result of long-term awareness of deviations in the enterprise patent strategy formulation and implementation of a wide gap with foreign countries. In terms of patent application and protection or in dealing with the aspects of patent litigation entirely a disadvantage,severely restricted the enterprise's core competitiveness.In this paper,the patent strategy of Chinese enterprises Problems and coping strategies are for the research topic. The main use of a comparative analysis and value analysis. And it is shudied from "DVD patent case" which has caused widespread concern in 2001 ,analysis of business problems in patent strategy which started on the formulation and implementation of our enterprise patent strategy research.Specifically,this article is built from the following four main parts. The first chapter,reviews the development and implementation of Chinese patent law background and achievements of enterprises and now facing a patent crisis,and a comparison of related concepts;The second chapter,analyzes the problem of enterprise patent strategy issues and the reasons for these problems are analyzed;Chapter III ,study analysis of Japan,the United States and other developed countries in the implementation of enterprise patent strategy of historical development,characteristics and successful experience,and summed up the capital of Chinese enterprises can learn from; Chapter IV ,is based on Chinese national conditions, analysis of the formulation and implementation of our enterprise business strategy,the importance of patents and patent strategy of Chinese enterprises in accordance with the practical problems faced. At this stage of our corporate,put,forword strategy to be taken and responsibilities which the government should assume .In this pape,the innovation is presented and demonstrated the government roles in the enterprise patents strategy,and gives the analysis of styles about government roles.
