The present oeuvre is majorly dedicated for analyzing the challenges of managing Globalization and energy in China and particularly examining the lessons might be drawn from it to a country like Madagasikara which also lusts for global success. Then, the study is clearly divided in three parts and organized as follow:After some deepen definitions of the well-known term "Globalization", element of fundamental theories on "Old & New Globalization", also on "Managing Globalization" are narrated at the beginning of the first part; following by methodologies enlightenment and the two studied countries profiles as well as their economic backgrounds.
