Research On The Linking Mechanism And Its Performance Of Enterprise Synergy Innovation Network From The Angle Of Social Capital

With the fast development of information technology and the changing environment of competition,people both in researching and industrial circles are paying ever-increasing attention to network organizations among enterprises and other related units for the purpose of synergy innovation.Therefore,enterprise synergy innovation network has become a hotspot in academic circle. Judging from available documents, the relevant studies are mainly on the composition of the innovation network and the linking way of network nodes. The angle of the studies is not new and original enough. This text holds that there is a fixed correlation between social capital and enterprise synergy innovation network. In view of this,the text tries to carry out a more systematic study of enterprise synergy innovation network from a new perspective of social capital. The research of emphasis has isolated from the studies of the general linking way of network nodes.Instead,it comes up to a higher altitude to study the linking mechanism and innovation performance of enterprise synergy innovation network.The text studies the linking mechanism of enterprise synergy innovation network respectively from static and dynamic angles. In the end,the text has studied the problem of optimization of the linking mechanism of enterprise synergy innovation network. The text comes to a conclusion that there is a positive correlation between social capital and the linking mechanism of enterprise synergy innovation network. With the method of AHP,the text analyses the proportion of affecting factors and proposes some approaches to improve the performance of the linking mechanism of enterprise synergy innovation network.
