Following the process of economic marketization and economic globalization, private economy is developing fleetly, which displays more and more effects in so many aspects, such as promoting economic growth, creating more jobs, flourishing of market and so on. However, a large number of investigative data show that the labor dispute in private businesses are very serious, which has become the outstanding social problems in destroying not only social stabilization and harmonization but also continuable healthy development of economy. For analyzing and handling the problems of labor dispute, it can be thought that there must be so many important significances in establishing new-style socialistic relationship of cooperation between labor and capital, protecting rights and interests of labor, promoting continuable healthy development of private economy, and establishing a just and harmonious socialistic economic order.Because the socialistic economic and political systems have been established by the native government, and the whole labor is all the common owners of state-owned assets, and the socialistic labor relation is differ from the capitalistic labor relation .The private economy has belonged to the essential economic system in the primary stage of socialism and become an important part of the socialistic market economy, which proves that the private capital can also make active contributions for socialism with Chinese characteristics. So, it is decided that the native labor relation is no longer to be the life-and-death relation of class struggle and which can not handled by the thought of only one winner.In this study, by the literature material method and the analytical methods of both dialectical materialism and historical materialism, after the actualities of labor dispute during social transition period are introduced first, the characteristics of labor dispute of native private enterprise are summarized, and both economic and social aftereffects arose by labor disput are expatiate in the main. By constructing macroscopical and microcosmic coordination mechanism for better labor relation of private enterprise, it strive to make the benefit of labor and capital into consideration, and the labour dispute can be settled well. Thus, there would be no obvious opposite minds between labor and capital, by which both sides of labor and capital would think the enterprise as a benefit community, and a kind of cooperative relations between two sides would be also presented. These results are the final objectives why the study is performed. |
