Since China takes the policy of reformation and opening, private economy has been expending by leaps and bounds and has become an organic part of the socialist market economy. With the development of private economy, the labor-capital relations in private enterprises have been concerned extensively. Theoretically, the issue of labor-capital relations is the core matter of Marxist economics. Nevertheless Marxist economics mainly concerns the labor-capital relations in capitalist society. Therefore it is an important mission for us to study the labor-capital relations of socialism, particularly to research the labor-capital relations in private enterprises under the guidance of Marxist economics. Practically, the harmonious labor-capital relations in private enterprises are very important aspects of a harmonious society and a key factor for sound development of private enterprises. It is considered by the text that decisive and impacting factors for the labor-capital relations in present private enterprises have been changed profoundly, and the relationship between owners and employees is not an antagonistic relation. They are all the constructors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, showing different natures and forms in labor-capital relations from capitalism. According to authors'investigation and research, the neo-type-contract-relationship between owners and employees has been built up preliminarily in private enterprises. Mutual benefit and cooperation are the leading factors and also the essential features of this relationship even though there are some contradiction and conflicts of interest. Building up neo-type-contract-relationship is not only the need for the development of enterprises but also the appeals from both sides. The socialist state-system, legislations and labor union have played important roles in the process of building up neo-type-contract-relationship. However, this is only an initial step in the process of building up perfect relationship, showing some negative factors, such as reducing and being in arrears with employees'wages, neglecting working conditions and social insurance etc. Consequently, for further consolidation and development of the neo-type-contract-relationship, five effective measures are needed: first, perfecting the three-party coordinating system is the practical access to harmonious labor-capital relations; second, effective supervision of governments is basic guarantee for harmonious labor-capital relations; third, regulating the management of enterprises is the strategic point; fourth, proper forms of maintaining rights of labor union is the basic condition; and the last, structuring a system of social responsibility is the vital guaranty for harmonious labor-capital relations.
