At present our country is facing the change of social structure, the transformation of economicsystem and the labor relation is transferring to the labor ralation of different ownership as well as avariety of economic elements in market economy period from the single working relationship inplanned economy period. At the same time the society is also along with the further development ofeconomic globalization. China see the opportunities as well as the increasing contradictions. Peoplenow pay more attention on the disharmony of the society. Whereas the conflict between labor relatedsubjects is one of most key points in the process of social evolution. This is one of the most prominentsocial and economic problems. In the new social and economic situation, labor relationshipmanagement lags far behind of the level of economic development. The social harmony and economicsustainable development face severe challenges. Non-public enterprises are the important supportingpower of the economic development of our country. Non-public enterprises absorb a large number oflabors. However non-public enterprises are also the most frequent type of enterprises of labor disputes.Therefore the study based on non-public enterprise labor disputes is essential for the construction ofharmonious labor relationship, the harmonious enterprise and the harmonious society. Based onnon-public enterprises, this paper analyses the reasons of non-public enterprises’ labor disputesin-depth and puts forward the new labor relations management practices on the basis of empiricalresearch. This paper is dedicated to administrative organs of governments, social organizations andenterprises in solving labor disputes and resolving labor conflicts. This paper provides certaintheoretical references for the building of harmonious labor relations and makes contributions for thegreat rejuvenation of Chinese dream.
