Study On The Productive Service Enterprises Clustering Based On Headquarters Economy

Productive service industry contributes more and more to economy and plays an leading role in economy. Service trade, especially productive service industry has become the fastest-growing sector of China's economic structure.The national "11th Five-Year Plan" explicitly puts forward to expanding productive service industry and vigorously developing producer-oriented service industry. The trend of productive service industry cluster is obvious in worldwide areas. Headquarterstransfer strategies give rise to the phenomenon of "headquarter economy" and headquarter economy itself is part of the productive service industry aggregation.The enterprise headquarters' derived demand for productive service industry intensifies the developing trendency of headquarter -concentralized development of productive service industries such as finance, information, law, research and development,etc. The study of this paper has important theoretical significance and realistic significance.In this thesis innovation is tried in five aspects below.First, the paper establishes a new perspective to research the productive service industry based on the framework of headquarter economy. The research from headquarter economy, productive service enterprise and enterprise cluster is little and hasn't form complete theory of productive service enterprise cluster based on the headquarter economy, although those are the hot points of academic research. This paper tries to inquiry productive service enterprise on the basis of headquarter economy, which is also helpful for the relevant research in the future.Second, the relationship and interactive effects between productive service enterprise cluster and headquarter economy are analysed and demonstrated systematically in the thesis. They have close relations and their developments are external economies of each other and promote each other.The paper believes that the extension of headquarter economy including the productive service enterprise cluster is the productive service enterprise cluster's sufficient condition rather than a necessary condition.The positive interaction between productive service enterprise cluster and headquarter economy will produce scale economy, economy of scope and externalities.Third, the thesis exploratively analyses the forms of productive service enterprise cluster of headquarter economy and attempts to propose the viewpoints of physical cluster and value chain cluster, from the two layers of cluster, namely the phenomenon and essence. The paper assumes that in the light of productive service enterprise clustering in headquarter base, its value chain has double helix. The long chains are service chain and competence chain. And the former represents that productive service enterprise can provide unique productive service, meanwhile the latter refers to the ability of productive service enterprise integrating all kinds of resources of headquarter base for itself.the DNA base of the group,i.e. productive service enterprises clustering in headquarter base can be assumed as entrepreneurship, mechanism , technology innovation and environment. And the four important factors connect service chain and competence chain, thus constitute the DNA of productive service enterprise cluster development in headquarter base.Fourth, this thesis proposes "three dimensions" of demand of productive service industry cluster development in headquarters development , namely, the time dimension, spatial dimension and quality dimension. The three dimensions of demand determines the scale and growth of cluster development of producer service industry in headquarter base,among which spatial dimension and quality dimension of the productive service demand is the basis of productive service industry cluster development in the headquarter base, and the time dimension can open a new development space for productive service industry in the headquarter base.Fifth,based on "diamond model" the paper initially establishes a evaluating indicator for productive service enterprise clustering in headquarter base to acquire competition advantages , and on the basis of which empirical analysis is given to various indexes in Jinniu region.
