China's Forestry Risk Management And Forestry Insurance Research

In the current period of economic transition, forestry is expected to face many difficult risks, which makes forestry operators in the production process more difficult, has seriously hampered the normal development of forestry production. To some extent forestry risk management through the application of methods solves this problem effectively.This paper studies the risk management of China's forestry and forestry insurance from both theoretical and substantial aspects. On the basis of in-depth studying theories on domestic and international forestry risk management and forestry insurance, this article evaluates the main methods of risk management - risk prevention, risk averse, risk control, risk acceptance, risk transfer, risk analysis, pointing out the merits and demerits of various methods and where they are applicable. According to the status quo of China's forestry risk, this article puts forward to the macro and micro measures to deal with the problem. In a comprehensive analysis of the various risk management methods, this paper argues that forestry insurance is the better option in all kinds of risk management methods. Therefore, this article introduces the basic theory of forestry insurance, and analyses the status quo of China's forestry insurance and issues, and provides some solutions .Fujian Province has a lot of forestry resources, which forestry risk management and forestry insurance has a long history. It was the first province which carried out forestry insurance. Therefore, this article selected it as the object of analysis. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the history and reality of forestry insurance in Fujian Province, the article studies the problems of forestry insurance and proposed specific advisory policies.
