The urban land value is conditioned by the urban land's used condition. The development of city influenced the urban land's used condition and the value of urban land.Along with rapid development of Chinese urban areas, the land's used condition and value also undergo great changes in such areas. Based on previous studies, this article mainly focused on the indicators and methods about the changes of values of the urban land conditioned by changes of usage condition of urban land in the process of urbanization. Quantitative research technique were used to confirm the numerical change of value, while qualitative research technique to set up the evaluation system, which indicated systematic methods were adopted in exploring the value of urban land changed used condition. Furthermore, empirical study were experienced to fix the validity of system above. Several points of the system needs to be addressed as follows: Firstly, the evaluation model with indicators were set up. Secondly, the values and the weight of indicators were gained by Expert Grade Process. Thirdly, results of evaluation former indicators were gained by Fuzzy Overall Evaluation Process objectively. Lastly, validity of system were enhanced by empirical study process for specific cityAll in all, this paper set up a new system for evaluation successfully, which supplied a gap about value of urban land changed used condition research. However, this research is just on the steps of exploring such evaluation method, more attention needed in aspects of practicability in the future.
