The Research On The Integration Of Fengdu Mountain Scenic Spot Resources

With the rapid development of the tourism industry, many of the scenic spots' management system and model are clearly unable to adapt to the deepening of the economic restructuring and the new situation of continuously expanding the development of necessary after entering the World Trade Organization, and also can not effectively solve the growing contradictions of the scenic spots, for example: the contradiction between the serious shortage of scenic spots' protection funds and the entry barriers of the foreign investment; the contradiction between scenic conservation objectives and promoting local economic development and social progress objectives hard to give consideration to both within the limited input; the contradiction between the resource protection and resource development and utilization in the process of the development of tourism scenic spots, and so on. The integration of tourism resources is currently a hot topic; many of the government in the country are concerned with this problem, most of which have already taken some measures and formulate the relevant regulations to ensure the smooth of the integration of tourism resources; under the premise of not the loss of the state-owned resources, promoting the sustainable development of scenic spots. We put forward a series of questions of the integration of tourism resources through the research on the integration of Fengdu Mountain scenic spot resources; after the scientific and rigorous analysis of these issues, we propose the corresponding measures to consolidate and improve the outcome of the integration of resources. In this paper, there are seven chapters, as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research on the background,the purpose,the significance,the method,the technology roadmap and the main content, preparing for the following writing.The second chapter is the research at home and abroad and the theoretical basis, which summed up the research status on the integration of the scenic spots at home and abroad, and meanwhile, put forward the theoretical basis about the resources integration clearing the conception of the tourism resources integration and the theoretical basis .The third chapter is the reasons about the integration of Fengdu Mountain scenic spot resources. The integration of scenic spot resources actually includes two aspects reasons, one is the inherent reasons of itself and the other is external ones which involve environment and situation and so on. This paper mainly includes three aspects as follows:the drive of integration of tourism resources of Chongqing Three Gorges,the driven of the development of Fengdu tourism and the essential requirement for making Fengdu Mountain scenic spot larger and stranger.The fourth chapter is the goals,ideas,process and principles of the integration of Fengdu scenic spot resources, which summaries and statements these four aspects simply.The fifth chapter the problems of the integration of Fengdu Mountain scenic spot resources, which cover the imperfect aspects of the laws and regulations of the integration of scenic spot resources,the oversight and management of the government,the management system of the scenic spot,the wage and treatment of the staff of the scenic spot,the protection of the scenic spot according to the law and the effective development of the scenic spot and so on.The sixth chapter is the analysis of the integration of Fengdu scenic spot resources. According to the questions of the fifth chapter, based on the combinations of the current situation of tourism development and its scenic actual, we put forward corresponding policies and measures in order to provide a guiding of the sustainable development of scenic areas after the integration of scenic spot resources.The seventh chapter is conclusion and outlook. After the analysis of the questions and measures of the integration of Fengdu scenic spot resources, we raise brief summary and outlook of the integration of scenic spot resources.The integration of scenic spot resources is a problem in urgent need of solution, which not only need the legislation of the government, but also need theoretical research and exploration of the experts and scholars, of course, the accumulation of experience in practice is also very important. There is a long way of the integration of scenic spot resources to go, hope that this article can provide some references.
