Analysis On It Distribution Project At X Company

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, our IT market is enjoying an increase at a speed of around 30% every year. This rapid-developing IT market is also bringing about rapid development and innovation to our IT distribution channel. After approximately 20 years development, our IT distribution channel has brought up lots of successful enterprises, and is also experiencing innovation and development in it's management mode while heading to maturity. As an early established IT company, Shenzhen Aihua Tongyong Computer Co. is entering a phase of strategic transformation. IT distribution channel is an important project to the company, therefore it is highly necessary to conduct a feasibility study from a strategic point of view.Feasibility study and project evaluation is a main study task before any investment, and also a systematic and practical method during a project economic analysis. It is not only an application of economic ideology, but also a creation process of project concept and project plan. Any success or failure to a project has strong relations to it's social demand, technology selection, resource condition, as well as the interactions among society, economy and nature environment, etc.Based on the actual project at Shenzhen Aihua Tongyong Computer Co., this thesis follows a method of integrating theory with practice to deliberate the main problems faced by the company in investment. This thesis chose IT distribution channel as it's study subject, and analyzed the company's internal environment and investment necessity by using P.E.S.T and Potter's Five Strength Model. It's content also includes studies on market forecast, technology feasibility, production scale, technology scheme, investment budget, fund raising and project implementation. On top of this, this thesis further conducted a project financial and risk analysis under the guide of basic finance theory and method, and finally made conclusions and suggestions to project investment.
