In this paper, according to domestic and foreign literature, the status and trends of both domestic and international C2C e-commerce credit management has been analyzed. China's Taobao, eBay and Paipai, the three C2C e-commerce websites have been studied. And, with the sample of Taobao website, analysis of rules in the credit management of participants who take transaction in the C2C website has been conducted.In this paper, with the establishment of Evolutionary Game Theory model, the necessity and importance of the establishment of a good credit management system has been clear. And, this paper summarizes a number of key factors which impact on outputting credit in C2C e-commerce transactions, and on this basis of these factors, specific studies on C2C e-commerce personal credit management methods and the effects has been finished. According to the research, this article concludes that, the combination of individual credit evaluation model, the real-name authentication and secure payment tool, is the key to success in the credit management of C2C e-commerce sites. Finally, this article focuses on the analysis of usage and effectiveness of individual credit evaluation model, points out some defects, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. To solve the problem in credit management in C2C e-commerce, the author finally delicates C2B2C which is a new mode of C2C and also two kinds of solution.The three e-commerce websites in this paper, account for more than 90% market share in China, and Tabao website occupies about 80% market share, that makes the study in this paper fully representative. In this paper, results of research on domestic C2C e-commerce websites will be valuable in improving the level of credit management.
