Time And Cost Dynamic Management Of Communication Engineering Project

This thesis presents a systematical and exploratory study of how to manage and control the time schedule and the cost of communication projects. First of all, this thesis expatiates upon the importance of project management during the communication engineering construction. It describes the characteristics of project management, especially the peculiarities of managing communication engineering projects. Based on the above mentioned analysis, through describing a real project case, the cost and time control problems are introduced, then the thesis analyzes the relative causes. The thesis analyzes the process control of the communication projects, in particular describes the control methods and the technical means of the project schedule and project cost.This thesis describes a whole process of a real communication project management, including the management of project prophase start, project plan and project implementation process.The selected subject of this thesis has clear engineering practical background. This thesis analyze and demonstrate the key control points in communication engineering projects, absorbing the research production of project management both domestic and abroad. As an example, listing the prominent problems happened in the oversea project and analyzing the relative reasons, then giving the resolving measures. The research difficulties and innovative ideas are depicted as following. This thesis proposed a whole set of practical and useful project controlling process and methods so that we could resolve the schedule and cost control problems happened in the project implementation. Thus we could promote the project be conducted smoothly, reaching the project management targets.
