Study On Mechanism And Strategy Of Process Innovation In Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Informationization

With the rapid advance of economic globalization and informationization, new technologies are constantly emerging. Especially, the extensive application of information technology injected new vitality to manufacturing sector and greatly promoted the technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises to seek long-term development. But the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the international community is not strong, and the labor productivity is below the level of United States, Japan, Germany and other developed countries. In addition to the differences between institutional innovation, management innovation, the neglect of process innovation, in other words, the condition which is process innovation far behind other innovations is an undisputed fact. So we should not only take full advantage of information technology to change the traditional process innovation by information technology, but also introduce information technology into process innovation. Moreover, we should use the advantages of information technology and change the traditional process innovation mechanisms and models. Those are important strategic choices of manufacturing enterprises to deal with questions of survival and development.In this dissertation, on the basis of relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, from the perspective of process innovation mechanism and strategy, it summarizes the basic elements on process innovation mechanism, which are dynamical mechanism, decision-making mechanism, incentive mechanism and operation mechanism, and carries on the theoretical analysis one by one. On this basis, it analyses the working principle of process innovation mechanism of the manufacturing enterprise through revealing the operation approach of the elements of process innovation mechanism. After that, it forms the system mechanism model of process innovation. Based on above research, combined with process innovation capability, it analyses the influencing factors of process innovation strategy. This dissertation also quantifies the external environment and process innovation capability. According to the evaluation results, we can choose the suitable process innovation mode. Then there are lifecycle characteristics analysis and strategic matrix analysis of manufacturing enterprises, summing up the basic selection scheme in process innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises. In the empirical study, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, on the analysis of process innovation mechanism, this dissertation evaluates process innovation capability, and reveals the strategic choice model, which concretely analyses the characteristics and practical fields of process innovation strategy. Finally, as a result of some existed countermeasures of process innovation, this dissertation opens a new path. Combined with process innovation conditions of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, it proposes some countermeasures to improve process innovation mechanism, as well as some advices about process innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises.
