Analysis On The Technology Innovation Capability Of Chinese Petrochemical Industry And The Research On Enhancing Countermeasures

Petrochemical industry is Chinese pillar industry. At present, Chinese petrochemical industry has been facing the new environment of economic globalization, dynamic competition, ever-changing technological development. The only way of improving Chinese petrochemical industry is to set up their own competitive advantage in fierce competition, and technological innovation capability is the fundamental support or decisive factor of competitive advantage. Therefore, the improvement of technological innovation capability in petrochemical industry is important to participate in international competition and enhance Chinese petrochemical industry's competitiveness.First of all, this paper summarizes the theoretical ideas of the technological innovation theory, technological innovation capability theory and technological innovation ability evaluation methods. Based on the development and the characteristics of Chinese petrochemical industry, it defines the technological innovation capacity of Chinese petrochemical industry. Based on the research on evaluation of the industrial technological innovation ability, Chinese petrochemical industry environment and the technological innovation capability mechanism of petrochemical industry, it sets up evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of Chinese petrochemical industry, mainly by four aspects, input capacity, output capacity, development capacity and actualization capacity. It carries on the principal component analysis on the influence factors of four aspects respectively, finding the main influence factors of Chinese petrochemical industry. Finally, it does comprehensive evaluation according to the results of principal component analysis, we can see the changes of technological innovation capability of China's petrochemical industry in recent years. Through above analysis, aiming at the main influence factors of technological innovation capability of Chinese petrochemical industry, it proposes the countermeasures enhancing the technological innovation capability of Chinese petrochemical industry mainly from input capacity, output capacity, development capacity and actualization capacity. All these hope to provide references for enchancing the technological innovation capability of Chinese petrochemical industry.
