Though family-owned business has a development procedure as of no more than 20 old years, its developing tendency is very impetuous, its effect on national economy is increasingly expanding. Accompanied by going deep of Chinese market economy innovation and rapidly developing of economy, professional handlers are acting important effect on economy arena, especially active in nongovernmental business. But the behavior of professional handlers has remarkable defects. What confused family-owned is hard to find reliable professional handlers, while the latter also feels lost and trying to find reliable enterprises, where to deploy their talents. In case of this, paying more attention to periphery culture and system environment of family-owned's business development and its internal change not only has academic meaning, but also has important instruction effect on practice.Based on the evaluation of family business management efficiency, the paper makes a system analysis from the confidence level and system level to family business while they introduce professional managers. Finally, the thesis brings forward the family business' internal reform plan from business culture, management system and the owner's own enhancements well as some suggestions about developing professional manager's market and corresponding out side environment. Our research mainly uses normative and qualitative method. The thesis for the purpose of providing one thought and solution for the effective fusion between family business and professional manager, result in better development of family business and consummating professional manager's market.This thesis is divided into five parts. Chapter 1 is the introduction about the subject of research background, research significance and the major research methods. Chapter 2 is the literature review about the family business, family business growth and the theory of professional managers. Chapter 3 Researches on family business, family business growth and internal governance characteristics of family business, and evaluates the family business management efficiency. Chapter 4 makes a system analysis from the confidence level and system level to family business while they introduce professional managers. Finally, based on the above chapters, provides some solutions for the effective fusion between family business and professional manager, result in better development of family business and consummating professional manager's market, and summarizes the full text.
