| At present, multi-stakeholder from different organizations participate in the vast majority of projects, which is different from traditional project management, but rather constitutes a prerequisite for project governance. Implementation of the project's benefits and satisfaction of project stakeholders become standard with the success of project. Even though before the project to start, the various stakeholders discussed on the requirements of the project, but the relevance of the demand for prior agreement can not be immutable, also because the environment of business organizations is constantly changing, and changes of the enterprise market strategy, industry and other factors probably bring in project demands' changes. Therefore, in the project throughout the life cycle, requirements of stakeholders have always been a continuous change in status, which also leads to the project risks.How to reduce this risk, as much as possible to eliminate the risks posed by the impact of the project because of the requirements for change, it is necessary from dynamic needs to project stakeholders in the project stakeholders, looking for risk factors triggered by dynamic requirements and exploring the relationship between risk factors. Whether risk factors pose a risk system and whether risk system operation is cumulative expansion or self-adjust, it is necessary to analyze risk systems and risk factors' transmission and causal relationship, to research the responsibility of stakeholders, and ultimately to realize the responsibility to implement in the organization, effective management of risk.At the stage of requirements identification, in order to effectively identify the requirements, the main use of the QFD method identifies stakeholder requirements, through layers of decomposition, it is mapped to the flow of projects, and thus we can get an analysis of the potential project risk factors. Because of requirements are changing, on the base of traditional concept of QFD, we get an extension of the dynamic QFD method, that is, from the view of process, three-dimensional quality housing input are the dynamic changes of the "what" project, and output are the dynamic changes the "how" the project. Dynamic Change of "how" the project implementation is a method of the dynamic changes of "what" in projects. Through dynamic QFD we can effectively identification and analyze the dynamic requirements. In the requirements analysis phase, in order to change language acquisition into quantitative analysis, we use the vague language of the method, using linguistic variables to replace the math variables. And take advantage of the dual semantic information processing method for the assembly of experts associated risk factors in the form of language of evaluation information in order to quantify the risk factors and make systemic analysis, for further support of selection countermeasures. At risk analysis stage, the main method is System Dynamics approach. We can profound understanding of the nature of risk, clarify the complex causal relationship between risk factors, look for the essence of the reasons and more clearly analyze the flow of risk.As with the ideas and methods, we finally win well-established analysis methods for risk with the cause of dynamic requirements in project governance. |
