| Integrated project delivery(IPD)establishes a friendly cooperative partnership in a way that respects,trusts,cooperation,open communication and information sharing among participants based on relationship contract,and produces a project based on the principle of gain and pain sharing.The relationship governance is not based entirely on the contractual terms and pays more attention to trust,dependence,cooperation,information sharing and open communication among stakeholders in the process.They are closely related between IPD project management philosophy and the relationship governance mechanisms.In the past research on the performance of IPD projects,we mainly studied the performance of IPD projects from single perspectives such as trust,cooperation,risk and incentive mechanism.Based on this,this article studies the impact of multiple factors on the performance of IPD projects based on the stakeholder perspective and the relationship governance mechanism.In order to study the impact of relationship governance on the performance of IPD projects from the perspective of stakeholders,first this paper elaborates the research background and significance of the research,and puts forward the research questions in this paper.The research methods mainly include literature analysis method,the questionnaire method,the structural equation model and the system dynamics research method.By referring to the theoretical and practical research that relationship governance impacts on the performance of IPD projects at home and abroad,the problems of this paper are analyzed,and the relevant theories of other scholars were used,laying a more convincing theoretical foundation for the study.The necessary information was collected by the questionnaire which provide a important support for analyzing data and building model.The research hypothesis is verified by the data and structural equation models,and the data has good reliability,validity and fitness.Finally getting the path and weight of the relationship governance indicators on the IPD project performance.Based on the causal relationship between the relationship governance index and the IPD project performance,this paper constructs the system dynamics causal relationship between the relationship governance index and the IPD project performance,meanwhile,the function relationship is established which respect causal relationship,furthermore,a system dynamics diagram was built.Vensim software is used to simulate the flow chart by entering the path coefficient and weight of the relationship governance index on IPD project performance,and setting the corresponding parameters,and then quantitatively analyzing the trend of the impact of relationship governance index on IPD project performance.The results of empirical analysis show that the indicators of risk allocation,incentive mechanism and trust have a relatively large impact on the performance change of IPD projects,while the indicators of common goals and exchanges have relatively little impact on IPD project performance changes.In order to improve the performance of IPD projects,we should pay attention to these governance indicators that have a great impact on project performance.In order to achieve the project's objectives,when the project performance is expected to increase,the project stakeholders will invest in matching manpower,material and financial resources,Stakeholder relationships will become more complex and managers will be required to devote more time and energy to coordinating relationships.At the same time,the model also provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making scientifically and rationally and the allocation of resources optimally of the project. |
