With the fast development of modern economy, as a word related to human being's daily life, quality is getting more and more attention in the society. Bad quality means waste product, rework, rejection, compensation and so on. It will not only cause a big loss to the enterprise, but it will also affect enterprise's prestige, which is crucial to an enterprise's development. Under the circumstances of market competition moving from enterprises to supply chains, the cooperation between enterprises will be getting much closer. How to improve the quality of final product in the supply chain becomes the key matter of the supply chain enterprises.The collaboration is the future trend of development in supply chain management. The incoming inspection to the products is the first important work for the enterprise in supply chain to control their quality. The thought of collaboration should be applied into enterprises' incoming inspection too. It may raise the examination efficiency enormously, reduce the operation cost, reduce the operation time from the start of supply chain to the terminal product, speed up enterprise's market reaction rate, thus further enhance enterprise's competitive power.The paper bases on supply chain management theories and methods, combines management science, industrial engineering, operations research, statistics, economics and so on, follows the scientific nature and the usable principle, uses the methods of fundamental research and the theory confirmation, takes quantitative investigation primarily and qualitative investigation as auxiliary, makes an optimization research on incoming inspection based on supply chain collaboration. This article mainly includes: first, making qualitative analysis of incoming inspection based on supply chain collaboration, analyzing the risk of incoming inspection and the characteristics of incoming inspection both under the traditional relationship between enterprises and under the supply chain collaboration; then researching the optimization of single key quality characteristic of incoming inspection, based on the collaboration, using supplier's delivery inspection information and enterprise's historical quality record, combining the statistics technology and the optimization algorithm, establishing the mathematic models of the expenses under the situation of no-harm inspection, destructive experiment, the expense affected by time, compiling Matlab procedures to find the best incoming inspection plan in each kind of situation; finally studying the essential quality coefficient incoming inspection optimization question, analyzes the optimization of incoming inspection of multi-key quality characteristics.Regarding to optimization of incoming inspection of supply chain, there are little related literatures. Nearly all of them are theoretical analysis without putting forward concrete inspection plan. Besides, the existed researches are mostly based on the traditional relationship between enterprise and supplier. This article has tried to change the research situation and will make quantitative study on the optimization of incoming inspection based on supply chain collaboration. The expense model has been constructed based on the common kinds of incoming inspection situation in reality. And also the supplier and the enterprises' quality information is fully used.Because of the insufficient attention of experts and enterprise's managers, this is still at the preliminary stage in practice. The related data are difficult to gather. Therefore the paper mainly carries on the confirmation of expense models by using numerical experiments.
