The State And Improvement Of Researching The Grain Direct Subsidy Policy Of Our Country

The production of food has growthed continuously five years since our government carried out the grain direct subsidy policy in 2004. A lot of experts and scholars received good achievements after researching this policy with different angle,and provided the theory instruction to improve it, but little of them researched it with the view of law. At present the State Council is studying and formulating the "Agricultural Subsidy Rule",included the grain direct subsidy policy,so it is very significanceful researched to imporve this policy with the view of law.Based on the predecessors theoretical researches,at the same time learned from the experience of major developed countries abroad,this paper reviewed the development history and current situation of grain subsidies of our country, focused from a view of legal to study to further improvement of this policy, focused on analyzing the law of reason, purpose, principles, content, approaches and models and so on. At the same time, analyzed the content of policy which need to imprve, as well as other complementary measures. Hope to be able to provide reference values to further improve this policy,and for our government is studying and formulating the "Agricultural Subsidies Rule" to provide reference views.
