Planning Research And Evaluation Of Regional Agricultural Products Logistics System

The agricultural products is an important strategic commodity of people's livelihood. The planning research and evaluation of agricultural products logistics plays an important role in the optimization and planning of agricultural products logistics.Planning research and evaluation of agricultural products logistics is of great significance in lowering the total cost of the circulation of agricultural products, enhancing the circulation efficiency of agricultural products to promote the development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and help increase the income of the farmers. At the same time the process of agricultural restructuring and agricultural modernization will be speeded up, and environmental pollution will be reduced. Agricultural logistics will be developed in a sustainable coordinated and healthy way.This paper summarizes the researched status quo about agricultural products logistics and its planning at first,and then researchs the theories of the planning of agricultural products logistics system. Through analyzing the framework and actual mode of operation of the regional logistics,its own characteristics and actual situation, planning of regional agricultural products logistics system frame is built.On this basis,from the system's view ,using the theory and technology of system science, two mode planing models of mode and operation planning are established,and analysed. On this basis, three network planning models of transport network planning, distribution network planning and information network planning are built,analysed and evaluated . On. this basis, three system models of talent education planning, technology development planning and policy measure planning are established,and the models are deduced and optimized.By using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ,comprehensive evaluation model of planning of regional agricultural products logistics system is built. By means of the model, evaluation of planning of ZhengZhou agricultural products logistics system is completed.For its planning problems, bring forward some policy recommendations.The innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) the two models ,three major networks and three major support system of the planning framework model of the agricultural products logistics system is built; (2) the paper establishes the evaluation index system of planning of agricultural products logistics system ; (3) with the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper establisnes a comprehensive evaluation model of the planning of the agricultural products logistics system.Although the paper researches the planning and the evaluation of agricultural products logistics system systematically and deeply, the planning of agricultural products logistics is a complex system which involves lots of contents,the operation management and the planning of the operation model of regional agricultural products logistics system is not comprehensive,and the evaluation index of the planning level of the regional agricultural products logistics is up to further improved, so the paper should take the further exploration and research in these areas.
