The Research On Efficiency Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Logistics Network

Agriculture as the basic industry of the national economy plays a vital role in China’s socialist construction and the life of the people. In recent years, with the diversification of agricultural products and high-end demand for agricultural products logistics network efficiency requirements are also rising; Agricultural logistics network of good stability, scalability and efficiency is necessary for the development of modern agriculture conditions, but also an important foundation for agricultural economic structure adjustment and upgrading. For a long time, China’s agricultural logistics because of its sluggish and inefficient transport channels has been one of the "bottlenecks" of modern agricultural development. Therefore, research on the efficiency of agricultural logistics network has important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis takes evaluation of efficiency of agricultural logistics and transportation network as the study object, reviewing the theory of agricultural products of the transport network efficiency and evaluation based on analysis of current research, and analyzes the factors of affecting the efficiency of agricultural logistics and transport networks logistics network in view of circuit structure, modern logistics level of agricultural aspects, policy and environmental based on the characteristics of agricultural product logistics. Then an index system of agricultural logistics network efficiency evaluation is established through analyses of influencing factors; proposing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (DEA-FCE) based on data envelopment analysis, while the index weights determined using a weighted combination method weighting by ANP and Entropy. In fact, this evaluation method can better reduce the impact of error caused by a single subjective or objective factor of the efficiency evaluation of transport network of agricultural products.Finally, a numerical example is used to verify scientificity, feasibility and availability of evaluation models of the efficiency of agricultural logistics and transportation network.The study aims to establish a reasonable index evaluation system to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural logistics and transport networks on the basis of the analysis of the factors affecting agricultural logistics and transport networks, and then provide theoretical guidance and reference.
