Agriculture is the basic of Chinese national economy, and the feed industry is one important part for agriculture development. In exsited research for excitation mechanism , many scholars study related issues about incentive mechanism of human resources such as the construction, but failed to give enough importance to the study to excitation mechanism, while the guide use of relative study results is just beginning. With liquidity and other characteristics, the human resources of feed industry have different knowledge background with other corporations, so its excitation mechanism shall be of its own rules.On base of excitation mechanism theories and excitation factors reviews, we got initial assumptive for establishing human resource excitation mechanism of corporations by analyzing the composed factors and their effect,combinating the status of human resources incentive in the entire feed industry. And then one feed company in Sichuan was taken as an important example. We used the method for integrating the determined-nature study and quantitative study, as well as questionnaire survey and data analysis, main researched the factors impacted the excitation effect by Logistic Model, and found the dominant factor which can improve the employees' working activity. When we analyzed the influencing factors of excitation effect, we drew the individual characteristic variables, and did the evaluation study by choosing excitation effect, which is the distinguishing feature of this paper.With the Empirical Analysis for the individual cases, the significant factors impacted the human resources of feed industry were found in this paper. Among these factors, the Payroll & Benefit is of most positive significant influence to incentive, the age and school record in individual characteristic variables have positive correlation with incentive, so do the full-license and working condition in work tasks. At the same time, the three main factors which can improve the employees' working activity: job excitation factor, environment excitation factor and pay excitation factor, and on base of which, the advice for building and improving the excitation mechanism was put forward, and the focal point advices are about Payroll & Benefit, for reference.
