Study On The Knowledge Management Maturity Of Agricultural High-tech Enterprise

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has gradually attracted the national experts, scholars and entrepreneurs' attention. Knowledge management has become an important factor of competitiveness of enterprises.This article holds that the assessment of knowledge management maturity is important to the implementation of enterprise knowledge management effectively. Only clear the status of their own knowledge management, the advantages and disadvantages and problems can they make targeted development strategies.This paper summarized enterprise knowledge management maturity assessment model based on the collection and collation of documents of knowledge management maturity. This paper analyzes the agriculture at the same time the needing of high-tech enterprises for knowledge management, knowledge management purposes as well as the key factor in the implementation of knowledge management.In the basis of the above analysis, this paper constructed the agricultural high-tech enterprise knowledge management maturity model; the model divided the knowledge management maturity assessment into four levels, five steps. Human and organizational level, knowledge of content, process level and technical level. Five steps as follows: the initial level, cognitive level, the definition of level, management level and optimize the class. According to the characteristics of agricultural high-tech enterprise knowledge management maturity, this paper assessed the level of agricultural high-tech enterprise knowledge management maturity from the elements, the level and the overall dimensions used analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper assessed the knowledge management maturity of the agricultural high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province used the conducted knowledge management maturity model. The knowledge management maturity of agricultural high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province is 3.188, the results indicates that the agricultural high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province stays in the fourth steps - management level. But its relatively low scores can be said to be the initial access to knowledge management "management level" and there is a lot still need to improve. This paper analyzed the four dimensions, the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge management agricultural high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province from four levels use "priority" matrix. This paper make a cluster analysis of the agricultural high-tech enterprise of 17 cities in Shandong Province, divided into four categories, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various types of agricultural high-tech enterprises, and proposed corresponding policy recommendations.
