Research For Ningbo Port Logistics Personnel Training Mode

Port is the most advantage resource in Ningbo, which is the lifeblood for the development of Ningbo city and is also the important part for country's development. Port logistics is the necessary selection to adapt the functional development of the modern ports, while it is an important aspect to thrive the port city. It is very important and far-reaching significance for promoting industrialization, urbanization and information industry of Ningbo while accelerate the development of port logistics industry. Development of the port city industry in the port city is an important driving force to promote sustained economic growth. It is an important part to put Ningbo into an international shipping center in Northeast Asia; it also plays an important role to upgrade economic structure. Logistics personnel as one of the top ten talent shortage had been defined by Ningbo Government in 2006. It requires integration the educational resources and enterprises' resources, through establishing the model of "Ningbo port logistics professionals applied training base" to cultivate the personnel who adapt to the development of port logistics industry.In this article, the status quo of Ningbo port logistics industry, the opportunities and development prospects have been analyzed, which helps to study the demand trends of port logistics personnel. Then, combine with the personnel training mode of Ningbo's universities and requirements of logistics companies to analyze the main problems that port logistics personnel training. Finally, give some recommendation on mechanisms for port logistics personnel training. This article provided some ideas and gave recommendations for the Ningbo port logistics personnel training has the reference value for research and practice.
