Researches On The Sustainable Development Capability’s Evaluation Systems Of Private Enterprises

The enterprise is a far from the equilibrium state of the open complex system. Inits development process, it not only be influenced by the fluctuating of the internalelements, performances and behaviors of system, but also constantly exchange with thematerial, energy, information of outside world. In recent years, private enterpris hasrapidly developed, continually expanded the scale, and continuously enhanced theoverall strength.It has also drived the development of region economy, alleviated obtainemployment pressure, and become the important component of our country nationaleconomy. The ability of sustainable development, in the development process, not onlyplays a key role for its own survival, development, expansion, also has the veryimportant effect to the stability of the society and the good performance of nationaleconomy. Therefore, Evaluating the sustainable development capability of privateenterprises is a hot research topic in modern enterprise’s research. This article, based onthe management entropy and dissipative structure theory, uses a variety of methods toresearch on the sustainable development capability’s evaluation index system of ourcountry private enterprises.This article first introduces the research background and significance.Afterwardsit reviews and summarizs the relevant literatures of experts and scholars at home andabroad, which research on the sustainable development capability of private enterprisesand its evaluation; then the article presents those the inadequacies of the study, andintroduces the main content, the structure and the possible innovations. Then it writesthe management entropy, dissipative structure theory, the theory of sustainabledevelopment and other related theory. Based on the relevant theories, the article frompositive entropy flow and negative entropy flow, profoundly analyzes the four keyfactors to effect the sustainable development capacity of China’s private enterprises, which are environmental entropy, marketable entropy, technical entropy andinstitutional entropy. From the management entropy and dissipative structure theory,the article builds the entropy flow analysis model of enterprises, and uses AHP todetermine the relative weight of various levels in the evaluation index system;bycounting the entropy flow, it establishes the evaluation index system of sustainabledevelopment capability, in order to quantitatively evaluate the capability of sustainabledevelopment evaluation. Thereafter, according to the data of New Hope’s annual report,annual financial report and the annual social responsibility report, combining with theevaluation index system of the sustainable development, the article empirically studiesthe sustainable development ability of New Hope, and puts forward the correspondingpolicy suggestions. This article finally summarizes the study about the sustainabledevelopment capability’s evaluation index system of our country private enterprises,and prosperts future research.In short, a reasonable evaluation of the sustainable development ability of privateenterprises could contribute to avoiding risks of small and medium-sized companies,breaking through the development bottleneck, and realizing the healthy, long-termdevelopment. This research is not only good for optimizing the resources allocation ofnational economy, promoting the strategic industry cluster, establishing the modernenterprise system;but also has important practical significance and academic value forenterprises how to formulate and implement the strategy of sustainable development,and to maintain the long-term competitive advantage.
