XL Oil Processing Corporate Logistics Cost Control Study

With the gradual convergence of the internal equipment arts and the management methods of manufacturing costs, it becomes more and more difficult by increasing productivity and saving resources to enhance the competitive advantage. At the same time, due to the fierce market competition and the increasing in the cost of human resources, the enterprises are trying their best to find new ways to increase profits. Logistics Management becomes the third source of profits after the means of production and labor. Foreign companies started to invest in grain and oil processing early. Market is extremely competitive in the grain and oil processing industries. How to effectively control the entire enterprise logistics costs and systematically implementation of the logistics cost management is the future focus and difficulty. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study XL corporate logistics cost control from the perspective of supply chain system. In this paper, I analyzed the shortcomings cost of logistics cost management in grain and oil processing industries and find some solutions.First, this paper describes the development process of the domestic and foreign enterprises logistics costs management.Second, this article analyzes the status quo of XL Corporation logistics costs.Third, I find some problems by analyzing the XL Corporation logistics costs control.Fourth, this article in accordance with the scope of logistics activities analyzes the composition of corporate logistics costs. The article finds some problems in Logistics costs management. It finds some ways to control the XL corporate logistics costs.
