| With economic globalization speeding up, logistics enterprises are facing increasingly fierce international competition. And comprehensive, accurate, timely performance evaluation of logistics enterprises plays a key role in ensuring efficient operation of enterprises, achieving strategic goals and pursuing values. Performance evaluation helps us to create a fast, scientific, standardized, high-quality models and patterns of operation, thus guiding the logistics enterprises to continuous, healthy development, which means a great deal to enterprises development. So this paper makes depth research on logistics enterprises performance evaluation.First of all, based on summing up the relative research on enterprises performance evaluation and logistics performance evaluation both in domestic and foreign, the thesis analyzed the shortage of existing research. Considering the characteristics of logistics and the specificity of logistics enterprise performance evaluation, it established an integrated performance evaluation index system, from four dimensions - financial, operational, customer and learning and growth, for the logistics enterprise.In the proposed evaluation system, indexes were interrelated, so the system was not a liner hierarchy decision which could use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Compared with AHP, Analytic Network Process(ANP) based on interrelation and feedback was more suitable for the evaluation system. In this paper, ANP- Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model was applied in logistics enterprises performance evaluation system. Simultaneously, Super Decision, the latest software for ANP calculation, was applied to figure out the weight, which made the model more practical.Finally, ANP- Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model was applied in the case study. The study made in-depth investigation of this company's core departments-transportation, storage and information department, and then analyzed its SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Based on the proposed evaluation index system, the relationships among indexes were determinated. And then ANP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model was applied to evaluate performance. Through analyzing the results, the feasibility and validity of the evaluation model was approved. |
