Research On Evaluation Method Of Adaptability Between The Highway And The Rural Urbanization

With the fast developments of economy, our country has been in the stage of industry supporting agriculture and cities supporting countryside. The issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area attracts more and more attention of the society, its core is the farmer, and one key solution of it is the urbanization. As the most widespread and basic traffic way, highway is an important part of the entire transportation system. In recent years, both the central and local government have enlarged investments on rural highway, but to every regions, how the highway construction could adapt to the development stage and the level of the urbanization rural area, which strategy and measures should be adopted, and how to confirm the construction emphasis of the rural highway, those questions need us pay more researchs on the adaptability between the highway and rural urbanization.By analyzing the connotation and the performance way of the rural urbanization, and the relation between of the rural urbanization and highway, this article establishs a reasonable indicator system and way of evaluating the adaptability between the highway and rural urbanization, and finally, this article takes the counties of Xi'an and Hanzhong as the example, makes the demostration analysis and draws the related conclusions. This research will provide the guide for the construction of highway of the counties, serves for the rural urbanization and the sound and fast development of the society and economy.
