On The Mobilization Capacity Of Hunan's Manufacture Industry

Modern equipment manufacturing industry has the important position in the development of Chinese industry and national economy and plays a role in realizing industrialization, measuring domestic and international competitiveness and deciding the position of countries' international division in economic globalization. Hunan's equipment manufacturing industry has achieved a lot since recent ten years. But that the gap between it and coastal areas is growing. In the course of the new industrial structure adjusting, Hunan should grasp the opportunity from the diversion of international economic and technology, brace up equipment manufacturing industry energetically, form independent core technology, drive the development of manufacturing consequently, develop the mobilization capacity of Hunan equipment manufacturing industry in war and has some reference value in making regulations for district economy.The investigation of supporting capacity is a relatively new fundamental research in the field of mobilization. Based on the basic logic of macroeconomics, empirical methods of econometrics and paradigm of modern economics, the paper is divided into two parts: theoretical assessment and empirical calculation. Under the framework of modern economics, the first part establishes theoretical assumptions and mathematical models in use of logical reasoning method to assess the supporting capacity. At last, through repeated tests of the modified linear regression model, the paper estimates the state's supporting capacity on the basis of 2002's Hunan statically input-output analyses data, applying the methods from macroeconomics and the national economy mobilization theory. The tools from econometrics and economic operational research such as input-output analyses and linear programming and analytic hierarchy process have been used in the essay. The assessing system has been established which includes the supporting capacity of equipment manufacturing industry. Using the Microsoft Excel and engineering software Matlab, the relevant data about Potential Capacity can be obtained and can be used in the assisting decision to improve the capacity of equipment manufacturing industry and develop the equipment manufacturing industry.
