Study On Lean Logistics System Of Xi'an Tobacco Logistics Branch

Cigarette logistics as an important part of the tobacco industry,and continuously improve the level of tobacco logistics operations,is to ensure that the industry in the fierce competition in the market continue to develop an important factor.Xi'an Tobacco Logistics Branch since June 2008 to build,has been in the logistics aspects of innovation.With the accelerated pace of development of tobacco in China and the cigarette market supply and demand turning point approach,Xi'an tobacco logistics had to accelerate development,improve work efficiency,in order to meet the rapid development of the industry requirements.Xi'an tobacco logistics branch logistics operation and management concepts and methods are in the traditional transition to the stage of modern.But at this stage of Xi'an tobacco logistics branch is still unable to achieve a mature modern logistics level,the most significant problem is the logistics costs are too high,while low logistics efficiency and other issues.In this paper,we will use the concept and idea of lean logistics to improve the existing problems of Xi'an tobacco logistics branch,and finally achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency.This paper intends to use lean logistics ideas and ideas to carry out research.First of all,through the tobacco industry in Xi'an Branch field research and collection of real data,the status quo carried out a comprehensive description and analysis.It is pointed out that the logistics branch has a series of problems such as lack of systematic guidance frame,low staff quality,backward information technology and low-carbon logistics development,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem;secondly,for the storage business,And the other related business to carry out the construction of the standardization process system to strengthen the management of the entire logistics process;Third,the use of AHP analytic hierarchy process to build Xi'an tobacco logistics branch lean logistics evaluation system,through the exchange of discussions with the company experts to determine the Indicator weights are calculated.Finally,aiming at the results of the evaluation system of lean logistics system of logistics branch,from the perspective of a series of problems,this paper puts forward the construction of standardized framework,the development of low-carbon logistics,the development of low-carbon logistics system,Strengthen the training and education to improve the quality of staff,speed up the development of information technology and other countermeasures and suggestions.
