With the development of China's real estate market, more and more large enterprise groups adjust real estate enterprises to their main business. During the developing process of real estate business, these large-scale enterprises often implement large-scale strategy and cross-regional project rapidly with its solid financial strength and brand enterprises. As large enterprises, how to choose the right projects and organize development of multiple projects across the country as well as monitor and manage multiple projects effectively, has become a real estate development business issues requiring urgent solution in this context. We'll research this topic and do the empirical analysis by using EJ company which is a central enterprise in Chengdu as an example in the thesis.First of all, the thesis analyzes the selection relationship between corporate strategy and business projects, expounds the basis which a large-scale real estate to select project as well as selection procedures methods. Secondly, this thesis borrowed ideas from theories related to project planning management, diagnosed the current situation of real estate planning management and resource management of EJ, analyzed the problems and their causes in the real estate project planning management of EJ and elaborated the implementation steps of a comprehensive planning management and the specific methods of the most optimum distribution of resources. The thesis also explored the organization and management mode of large scale real estate development of big enterprises. On the basis of analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the three fundamental modes of project management, the author proposed that the large-scale real estate enterprises should adopt mixed-type mode of organization and management.As project-driven real estate development enterprises, in order to enhance the coordination and cooperation of the project planning management in the large-scale development, it is very necessary to have continuous reforms and perfection to the launch and selection of every project, the plan integration and resource balance of the plans and the management and control of the project group. This proposition not only based on project management methods, but also differed from the traditional single-project management, and also connected with the strategic management of enterprises. It is a complicated and systematic project which requires further thinking and discussion.
