Research On Simulation Of Organization Structure In Large-scale R&D Project

Large scale R&D projects (LSRDP) have critically important and profound impact on the country of improving the national competivity and upgrading the whole industry. Thus to well manage LSRDP is the calling of science and technology development of the nation, as well as the requirement of practice of many projects. For such reasons, the project management of LSRDP is becoming the hot point of management academy. As the critically important component of project management body of knowledge, organization management is still the weak point of the porject management in our country. Many organization decisions by some management institutions are lack of sufficient evidence support.There is fewer researches of organization management on LSRDP by now.We are hoping to discuss the problem through quantitive model and seek the scientific and effective organization under specific task environment.The idea of this thesis: By using Computational & Mathematical Organization Theory (CMOT) and Knowledge Network Theory (KNT), a Agent based model of organization structure has been constructed, and it characterized the reality of the LSRDP organization management of our country. Such model was simulated on the platform of AnyLogic, and different results were discussed to evaluate the organization structures.The main content and the innovation points of this thesis:(1)Construct the Agent model of LSRDP organization structure based on Computational & Mathematical Oragnization Theory and knowledge network theory, realize the quantitative analysis of LSRDP organization structure. Comparing with common organization model, the model aims to R&D project proposed by this thesis focused on knowledge innovention of R&D organization.(2)A simulation model of LSRDP organization structure was practised on the AnyLogic platform.A LSRDP organization simulation framwork was proposed in this thesis, and according to it a model on the platform of AnyLogic structure was realized. Especially, the research time and cost was designed.(3)Take the project of Water Polution Controling and Tackling for example, a simulation was realized based on the model proposed in the thesis on the AnyLogic platform and the example was analysised. According to the results acquiring in the simulation, 3 different organization strategies was reviewed. Further more, it is also discussed that how to realize management object by scientifically and effectively practice organization strategy under the general conditions.
