The Logistics Programming Study On The Basis Of Tray Management

With the development of economy and technique in the world, the competition in ship industry is becoming intense. Promoting the all new modern building ship mode and the optimizing current logistics system to low build ship cost, shorten build period and increase building efficiency of ship produce and quantity, have the important meaning for completely increasing the international competition ability of our country ships industry.The leitmotiv of this paper aims at discussing the function of tray management technology, collection- distribution center and the correlative theories and methods of production workshop facility layout in the pipe logistics system of shipbuilding enterprise during discussion and study. During logistics planning process, first of all, tray management system is established and on the basic of it, to exercise the theory and method of System Layout Management (SLP), to use the procedure evaluation method and the objective function of layout planning and to integrate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis aim at making the logistic system of the pipe in ship equipment more rational, smooth flow, shorter transport route, lower manufacture cost and decreased investment. Accordingly the relation of theories and practice is perfected.The content this paper researches mostly includes the following four parts:①Logistics management actuality of internal and overseas shipbuilding enterprises is summarized, mostly including the pipe tray management of shipbuilding enterprise and collection- distribution, and the actuality and development trend of the pipe workshop establishment planning.②Requirement analysis on tray management of the pipe process center in the HX boatyard is analyzed, which includes PEST analysis, tray logistics environment analysis and SWOT analysis, and the logistic management problems of the HX boatyard is discussed, and the requirement orientation is carried through, and that logistics planning of the pipe process center on the basic of tray management in the HX boatyard is constituted.③Tray management system is discussed in the pattern of the modern shipbuilding production, which includes theory research of tray management and tray collection- distribution center mode planning research, and the annotation to the essence, function and operation way of tray management of modern shipbuilding production are carried on.④Tray management thought is exercised in the pipe logistics management during shipbuilding, and on the basic of tray management system, workshop establishment planning research and System Layout Planning (SLP) are carried through. And then the drafts designed according to theories is analyzed and discussed by the procedure evaluation method and the calculation of the objective function of layout planning. A final design scheme is derived.
