State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of China's economic development, knowledge-based employees are state-owned enterprises of the most valuable human resources, enterprise development, plays a critical role. Subjective well-being can serve as a measure of knowledge workers happy or not, the main criteria that can serve as a knowledge-based companies develop employee incentive policies and measures an important basis. Salaries and benefits of state-owned enterprises motivate the primary means of knowledge workers, pay and benefits satisfaction, and can serve as a measurement of knowledge workers an important indicator of subjective well-being. To further from the practical point of view, verify that the subjective sense of happiness with pay and benefits satisfaction, the correlation between, in order to improve the pay and benefits system, enhance staff employees provide a basis for a sense of subjective well-being, this paper empirical research approach taken to select a representative of the state-owned enterprises As a sample, using conventional survey model of a knowledge-based employees of subjective well-being survey, the same time, special pay and benefits from the perspective of the knowledge-based employees of the pay and benefits satisfaction survey. Through the survey found that the subjective sense of happiness with pay and benefits satisfaction survey results are basically consistent, in practice, the verification of the pay and benefits satisfaction and subjective well-being has a strong relevance.
