Western developed countries are exporters of education services, but developing countries is quite the opposite. We should make full use of opportunities provided by WTO to take active measures to speed up the training for qualified personnel and to promote the innovation of national education system. Through the development of education services trade , we'll enhance the competitiveness of China's education,expand exports in education services trade, and improve the structure of import and export.Education is an important component of the national economy and the educational development of developing countries plays a particular important role in economic catch-up.
