The Research Of Competitive Advantage Formation Path In Industrial Park Based On Resource Capability

Enterprises and government pay attention to how to improve the competitiveness of industrial park. And the relevant departments also care about the establishment of competitive advantage and analyzing the origin of competitive advantage from the right point of view in industrial park.Studying systematically and scientifically on the issue of industrial parks'competitive advantage is not only for the concern of wealth growth, but also for the following two considerations. First, from the point of internal dynamics and theoretical studies, it is the further needs of enriching correlation theory; second, from the point of external drive and practice, it is the further needs of the industrial park policy.This study is based on the concept of resource capacity, the use of structure and mathematical models to explore how to culture competitive advantage of industrial parks.①From the status quo of industrial park, we elaborate on the origin, main pattern and developing level of industrial park, we describe the relationship of industrial park and enterprise cluster, and the relationship of the park's development and park's enterprises.②From recognizing the value, rare, non-imitation and organization of resources, to constructing"strategic framework"of industrial park, enterprises compete on the level of core competencies—core products—end products, and gradually form competitive advantage. We deem there are two key characters of park's competitive advantage, which are government tutorship and enterprise system association.③Based on the model of Porter's diamond and the theory of resource capacity, we construct the competitive advantage model of industrial park with seven basic elements, which are opportunity, the government, the factor condition, demand conditions, related industries, business strategy, and geographical roots. We elaborate on the relationship between internal resources, capability and competitive advantage in industrial parks.④Then, we establish the mathematical model to explore the key factors in the competitive advantage model. We research the influence of enterprise system association on park's competitive advantage, think with the influence of enterprise system association, if rooted locally and making use of other productive units'and its own resources, enterprises are able to improve the whole park's throughput, accordingly give birth to competitive advantage. Moreover the big and small of mutual effect depends on production scale of park enterprises and other productive units. ⑤We establish a mathematical model to discuss government subsidy in different stages, find government should take subsidy policies with the change of R&D efficiency and knowledge spillovers in different stages in order to generate competitive advantage.From the status quo of industrial park, and based on the concept of resource capacity, we research the factors which form industrial park's competitive advantage, constructs"strategic framework"for being competitive advantage. It plays an important role to dig resource potential, guide the development path of industrial park, provide competitive strategy, and gain strategic competitive advantage. Therefore, this paper has an important practical significance on the regional economic development strategy.
