Research On The Influence Relationship Of Industrial Seedling Rearing To The Competitive Advantage Of Agricultural Industrial Park

With the great development of Agricultural technology, lots of new tech have put into agricultural production, industrial seeding rearing is one of them. By the advance of less seed used and the biological characteristics, industrial seeding rearing has become the most popular technology in nursery field. According to the present situation, more and more agricultural industrial parks have introduced industrial seeding rearing. Based on this condition, one question should be asked, that is what effects industrial seeding rearing will bring in. As the existing research article focused on the conception, technical process, technical standard and technical characteristics, it is not easy to find the documents of the relationship of industrial seeding rearing to agricultural industrial park. In this situation, the author used the method of quantitative analysis, deeply researched the influence between industrial seeding rearing and agricultural industrial park.The author used the theory of the competitive advantage of enterprises and regional competitive advantage to acquire evaluation system of competitive advantage of agricultural industrial park, and use it to evaluate the Comprehensive strength of an agricultural industrial park. The author analyzed the relationship between industrial seeding rearing and agricultural industrial park. The paper used SEM to get the consequence of quantitative analysis. According to the research conclusion, bringing up the related policy advice.Based on the competitive advantage of enterprises and regional competitive advantage, this paper obtains the evaluation system of competitive advantage of agricultural industrial park. This system conclude three level index and twelve two level index. Using the method of analysis of technical process, the paper researched the directed influence of industrial seeding rearing. The results stated that industrial seeding rearing had lower demands for peasant labor force, seeding production cost and land investment, and had higher demands for technical labor force, fond of project initiation. The results also showed that industrial seeding rearing had great advance of output and technology content. Using the quantitative analysis, this paper indicated that industrial seeding rearing has great promotion effect to the competitive advantage of agricultural industrial park. Industrial seeding rearing has great promotion effect to the competitive advantage of economic level and technical level of the park, and also has positive effect to the social competitive advantage. Seed yield increase, the increase of the content of seedling science and technology and the decrease of seed cost are the main factors which promote the competitive advantage of agricultural industrial park.According these conclusions, the author addressed some policy advice. For agricultural industrial parks, they should promote the development of industrial seeding rearing, accelerate the experimental production and enlarge the scale of industrial seeding rearing. For related government department, they should establish the project funds of industrial seeding rearing and carry out some subsidy policies.
