| Since Reform and opening up, the Industrial Cluster has become the important Industrialorganization form and carrier of our country's regional economies development, especiallyduring the recent years. Undergone the cultivation in recent years, the Industrial Cluster inQingdao Development Area has taken shape. In addition to the good geographical superiorityand Industrial base of the old industry foundation, it had gotten some advantages to becomebig and strong. It had reality guiding sense to analyze the present situation of the IndustrialCluster in Qingdao Development Area Comprehensively and thoroughly based on the theoryangle, accurately recognize the formation mechanism,the development characteristic and theexistence question of the Industrial Cluster in Development Area, then grasps thedevelopment trend of it, promote this area to take the new industrialization path by IndustrialCluster developmental strategy .Through reviewing to the theory of the domestic and foreign Industrial Cluster'sdevelopment, deeply analyzing the industrial colony's connotation,essential feature,drivingmechanism of development as well as the influence factor to the development of the industrialCluster, this paper carried on the explanation to the domestic and foreign typicalindustrial Cluster's development model and the concealment policy meaning. And based onthis, this paper established a theory frame to analyze the development of the Industrial Clusterin Qingdao Development Area. The paper applied development theory related to theIndustrial Cluster's mechanism, deeply analyzed the present situation of development,formedmechanism and the main existed matter of the Industrial Cluster in Qingdao DevelopmentArea .It also used the SWOT analytical methods to analyze the superiority and the inferiorityto the development of Industrial Cluster in Qingdao Development Area in detail, and obtainedthe existed development opportunity and threat to the Development Area. In order to promotethe development of Industrial Cluster in Qingdao Development Area, the paper posed somepractical and feasible suggestion according to the domestic and foreign typical IndustrialCluster's development model and getting in touch with the former development of QingdaoDevelopment area closely. The suggestion can strengthen the government's guidance, promote technological innovation in enterprise, perfect social service, and carry on financialbacking. |
