| This thesis mainly launches the discussion around the difficult problem of high-tech industrialization, and tries to from a systematic and entirety angle to study the different kinds of factors as well as their interaction, which promote the development of high-tech industries. And on this basis, strategies which improve the dynamic mechanism would be proposed, in order to get the optimal effect of system.At first, the article studies from the conception of new high-tech, new high-tech industrialization, and then from the point of view of the economics makes analysis on the characteristics of high-tech industries. After that, it defines the conception and content of dynamic mechanism and its features and functions.Secondly, according to the process of industrialization, the article analyzes the main driving subjects involved in high-tech industrialization. And according to the different influence and promoting role, it divided the factors into two kinds. One is the core factors, and the other is the supporting factors. After analyzing and studying of the function and mechanism of each motivating factors, the whole mechanism would be studied. This article discusses the whole mechanism from three aspects, causes of synergism, mode of synergistic action and its efficiency.Finally, according to the present situation of high-tech industrialization in our country, strategies which improve the dynamic mechanism would be proposed and will be discussed more in detail, such as the improvement of core factors, the adjustment of supporting factors, the optimization of synergistic action. |
