This paper sets a digital technology company as the background,first studied the dvanced experience of performance evaluation in domestic and developed countries.Furthermore this paper,utilizing the method of qualitative analysis combined with quantities analysis,analyzed the current situation and evaluated the urrent performance evaluation and wage management by cheking list.Second this paper designed the evaluation index system of a digital technology company basis on quantities analysis.Third the paper set standard content method of marketing personnel performance evaluation.Finally,the paper studied and analyzed the wage management which is take as performance evaluation.Drawing on the experience of domestic and developed countries evaluation theories and effective evaluation methods,utilizing the methods of the theoretical research combined with enterprise existing situation and the qualitative analysis combined with the quantities analysis,this paper systematically analyzed and studied the evaluation index system of the marketing personnel who has already set up.According to the requirement of modern corporate system,aiming at the problem of high evaluation cost and weakly operational,this paper put forward the evaluation method of marketing personnel.Turns the evaluation index into the definite quantity,which ensures the evaluation results objective,authentic and reliable.
