Study Of Small & Medium Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises' Technological Innovation Management

Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar of the national economy, and it is a country's basic and strategic industry. The small and medium-sized enterprises are important part of the equipment manufacturing industry. Innovation is the source of industrial technological progress, and innovation capability is the equipment industry's core competence. To enhance the capacity of innovation management and improve the efficiency of technological innovation is the important way for the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country. Based on explaining the theory and concept of technological innovation, this paper points out that the lack of innovation management is the "soft rib", which constrains the development of our country's equipment manufacturing industry, through analyzing the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats faced by China's equipment manufacturing enterprises using the SWOT method. It elaborates the main content of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises' technological innovation management, including the technological innovation decision-making system, innovation process management and the innovation supporting system, such as the innovation strategic management, the concept definition of products, project management and organizational management in the process of technological innovation.
